Mid-Fall Haul!!

UGH! I try to be more productive with my blog and then as I go to upload this post it deletes all the content in it! Very annoyed but anyway I shall have to do it again…

So on monday I had a 3 hour free during my college day rather than 2 hours because my english lesson was cancelled, YAY!! That meant I may have, kinda, sort of emptied my bank account… but it was all for a good cause!! My makeup items!! haha! Anyhow I decided to share with you guys what I purchased and do a little mid-fall haul!!

So first of all, as per usual, I went into superdrug!! I have ran out of foundation so I decided to pick up some more. I didn’t pick up my holy grail foundation which as you know is the Rimmel London Match Perfection foundation, instead I picked up the lasting finish as match perfection is no longer much of a holy grail foundation. As much as I still really love it and recommend it I prefer the lasting finish now as I have purchased it once before and decided to re-purchase it because as obvious as it is, It lasts longer!! I also picked up the foundation powder version as well to set the liquid foundation and I haven’t used a matching powder and foundation for a while so I decided to give them both a go!

Next I went into new look!! I absolutely love this store at the moment, they have so many perfect pieces especially for fall!! However it is super pricey for me but I did pick up this lovely jumper and have worn it twice already! It’s super soft, comfy and warm! When all my friends are complaining about being cold I’m super warm in this jumper and I love the shade of it!

Having no matching pairs of earrings at the moment I decided to take a look around the jewellery section and pick some up! I wanted a set where I could match up simple studs with a more statement kind of earring as I have 2 holes in each ear so the statement one could go in the bottom hole and the stud in the top! This set was perfect for that and I have already been wearing them and I love them!

Whilst in the jewellery area I could not resist this gorgeous, rose gold necklace!! I tried to get a close up picture as it didn’t come out as nice a shade on camera but it is far more beautiful in real life and I would wear it with a plain white tee-shirt so that it stands out more!!

It isn’t a lot but my bank account has emptied, hopefully I will pick up some more stuff on payday this week!! Perhaps the new real technique brushes which I am in love with and desperate for!!

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara Review!

Hey!! So it has been a long time since I last did a beauty related post especially a review! I have done a lot of fashion posts, dailylook asked me to work with them on a little back dress outfit idea, I have done other outfit ideas, a haul and more but I haven’t done a beauty related post and I really want to do one because beauty and makeup is what i love the most so here we go!

A couple weeks ago I received the sample version of the benefit roller lash mascara from a lovely fellow blogger and i want to review this amazing product! Never have I found a mascara that works for me, my lashes are short and straight so I have never come across a mascara that has really done a lot for me but this is the one! The benefit roller lash mascara lifts my lashes like nothing ever has done before! It gives them fine length and volume, it is the best mascara I have ever used! The curved shape of the applicator lifts my lashes perfectly, This will probably be the first high end product i purchase when the sample runs out, it is an amazing mascara and I also love the packaging it’s super cute!

I would easily give this an overall rating of 5/5! If you haven’t tried it yet you need to get your hands on some, it is unbelievably amazing!!

I would just like to say, i have tons of exams coming up so unfortunately I won’t be able to post as often, please bare with me I promise I will post as often as I can. Also I want to do a Q&A video so if you guys have any questions for me let me know them below!

Gift from a Blogger!

Hey guys, so before i get into this post i just wanted to say one of the reasons i started blogging was yes because i had a passion for beauty and fashion but it was also something i could do to keep some happiness in my life, school isn’t something i particularly enjoy and i don’t exactly have a lot of friends either so blogging was a whole new world where i knew i’d meet many other people who have a passions for stuff like beauty and fashion just like me! I love all bloggers and it’s so much fun making friends with you guys so i just wanted to say i am so grateful for all of you who follow my blog and those who view it and support me ❤

Now on with the post, i think a week or 2 ago i posted a wishlist and on that wishlist was the benefit roller lash mascara. I didn’t think may people would often acknowledge my posts or comment on them let alone actually gift me something that was on my wishlist! An amazing fellow beauty blogger, myclosetisfull saw my post and told me she had a sample of the mascara i wanted that she hadn’t used and didn’t want and she offered to send it to me! I can’t even explain how happy i was! I don’t think this sample version is even available here in the UK anymore! We contacted each other and she posted it to me. Today i had a pretty rough day at school but when i got home i found the package waiting on my bed! I was super excited to open it! Not only was there the benefit roller lash mascara but there was also a cute smaller envelope inside which contained a cute card with a cute message!
