Simple Healthy Smoothie!

Hey guys! So as summer is approaching i don’t know about anyone else but i really want to sort my body out so i feel comfortable in what i wear during summer! One thing i have become obsessed with is multiple different healthy smoothies so i have decided to share with you guys how to make a raspberry and mango smoothie, nothing has ever been more simple!


Here are what i used, raspberries, mango pieces and mango, papaya and passionfruit yogurt, all of these were purchased from asda.

You start of my simply placing all of the fruit into a blender and adding 2-3 tablespoons of the yogurt and that’s it! how simple is that? after that you just blend it all together for no more than 3-5 minutes until everything is blended well and is at the right consistency, not to thick but not watery.


Then all you have to do is pour into a glass and drink away! This is enough for 2-4 people depending on how big your glasses are. It is definitely my favourite smoothie to make and tastes heavenly!! I recommend everyone who reads this post to try it!!
